Legend Of Ajamil Brahmin
In a town of ancient Aryavrata, a rajpurohit lived with his family. He was living very happily. Rajpurohit had a son whose name was Ajamil. Rajpurohit loved him very much. At the age of 5 years, Rajpurohit appointed a qualified teacher for his son so that he could grow up to illuminate. He was a very beautiful and gentle boy, his intellect was very sharp, he quickly became an apple of his teacher's eyes and was gradually getting an education from the master.

When Ajamil was only 16 years old, his teacher mastered him in all the scriptures. Gradually, time went on. Ajamil was now a young man of 20 years, he looked very handsome. His master always used to say that whenever you come to my ashram, you should not come from the middle of the city but come from outside of the city.
Obedient disciple Ajamil
He always obeyed the command of his guru. But once he had the desire to see the city. He considered it appropriate to go through the city by disobeying the guru's command. When he went to the city, he was fascinated by the beauty of the city. There was a prostitute, house on the way to the city. He saw a very beautiful young woman there and kept on looking at her.
Volatile Ajamil
In a short while, he thought that he had to go to the ashram. Then he quickly went to his ashram. His teacher asked why he was late today? He answered that he had some work. Now it was the routine of the Ajamil to go Ashram through the city every day for the girl. Because of his daily arrival, she was also interested in Ajamil. The name of that whore was Kalawati. Gradually, the young woman tied the Ajamil in her charm and made a relationship.
Once Ajamil's master followed him due to his late arrival, he saw that he goes to the whore.The guru of Ajamil called his father and said, that he should marry his son to any girl and also told Ajamil that he no longer need to come to the ashram.

One day, he left his wife and took all the jewellery and cash and fled to another city with Kalawati. He began to live joyfully with Kalawati. But when he lost his money, he began to do unpleasant work for his livelihood. Gambling, drinking alcohol, stealing had become his destiny. By the time, he had nine children and he looked very upset and gloomy.
The Votress Of Brahmins By Ajamil
He had a lot of respect for Brahmins once a group of Brahmins came to his house. He was very respectful to them, the Brahmins were very pleased with Ajamil, and they said, who will be your child now, to name him Narayan and you will attain salvation.
Ajamil did so and named his 10th son Narayan. He loved Narayan very much. He used to call him while sleeping, sitting, eating etc. All the time. His mind would remain in his son Narayan.

When his end-time came, the messengers of Yum came to take him. Due to his admiration for his son Narayan, he called him "Narayan Save me,

The arrival of The Councillor Of Lord Vishnu
Because of taking the holy name of God at the end of the time, Lord Vishnu councillor also appeared there and the said to Yum Dut: "Ajamil has taken the holy name of Narayan at the end of time, so you cannot take him with you. Hearing these words from Lord Vishnu's councillors the messengers of Lord Yum went from there.Salvation Of Ajamil
Lord Vishnu councillors said to Ajamil, "You have done very bad deeds in your life, but because of taking the holy name of the Lord Vishnu at the end of time, we give you one more year to live on this Earth. Now spend this time in God's devotion."
